She completed her M.Phil in Histopathology from Khyber Medical University (KMU) and joined Rehman Medical College in 2018. Her expertise lies in creating a dynamic learning environment that fosters continuous improvement and growth.
Dr. Basharat's areas of interest include implementing strategies for ongoing assessment and evaluation, leveraging statistical process control to ensure excellence, and developing strong ethical and moral values in students.
