Dr.M.Waqas Khan has done graduation from Khyber Medical College Peshawar in 2012.He participated there actively in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.He did his housejob from Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar in 2013.There he did his house job in dermatology from March 2013 to May 2013.He attended cases from outpatient department as well as casualty department and handled emergencies. He did his housejob in special care baby unit. He handled all types of neonatal emergencies as well as resuscitating newborn.He did his housejob in medicine and allied from june 2013 to September 2013 in Khyber Teaching Hospital,Peshawar.In medicine ward,he learnt urethral catheterization, lumbar puncture, nasogastric intubation and ascitic tap.He also did his housejob in surgery and allied from September 2013 to march 2014.There he dealt with burns and plastic surgery emergencies. He learnt great deal about the care of ill patients and their resuscitation.He has done project named KAP study on distribution of ORS in 500 rural households.He has good administrative and management skills. He has  done M.Phil in Pathology from Khyber Medical University Peshawar in August 2019 with CGPA 3.06. He has attended there Conferences and workshops.
