I have completed my M.Phil in Histopathology from KMU and have been working in RMC since 2018. I am focused at ongoing participatory development of consistently improving learning environment, aiming at achieving standards of excellence at par with international leaders in medical education.

I am interested in methods for objective, documented and auditable, continuing assessment of the status of implementation of various strategies and guidelines for continuing improvement, as well as assessing the outcomes of implementation of such endeavors, in view of given standards.
Statistical process control in this respect is one of my areas of interest. 

I firmly believe that a student's alma mater is the place that nurtures not only knowledge and scientific skills development but also builds strength of character, ethics, and morality.
