Dr. Bibi Aliya joined Rehman Medical College in May 2015 as a Senior Lecturer in the Community Health Sciences department. With an MPH degree from Armed Forces Postgraduate Medical Institute, Rawalpindi, and a passion for teaching, research, and curriculum development, Dr. Aliya has made significant contributions to the college.
Dr. Bibi Aliya has played a key role in teaching, administration, and research supervision, guiding junior lecturers, and developing lesson plans and question banks. As a member of the 3rd and 4th year CHS curriculum committees, Dr. [Name] has contributed to curriculum development and assessment. Additionally, Dr. Aliya Bibi has served as a member of the Proctorial Board, maintaining student discipline, and as a member of the Assessment Committee.
Dr. Aliya has also pursued further education, completing a Certificate in Health Professional Education (CHPE) and currently pursuing a Master's in Health Professional Education (MHPE) from KMU. Notably, Dr. Aliya was appointed as the Year Chair of 4th year curriculum in 2019, developing log books and study guides for community visits and modules.
She has presented research at international conferences, including the conference on improving mother and child health care in Beijing, China. Currently, Dr. Aliya is involved in developing online teaching curriculum and assessment for 4th year students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
