Dr. Aziz ur Rehman did his FSc from Govt Degree College, D.I.Khan in 1980. He graduated with bachelor degree from Khyber Medical College Peshawar in 1986. After graduation from Khyber Medical college he joined Provincial Health Department as medical officer. He served there for almost 18 years in different health care facilities of KPK and worked as health care provider. He also performed administrative and supervising duties during his service career in  Health Department KPK from time to time.
In 2007 he joined Gomal Medical College D.I.Khan as senior lecturer. In 2012 he was enrolled in M.Phil Biochemistry Khyber Medical University Peshawar, in 2015 he completed M.Phil Biochemistry with a performance, for which he rewarded a gold medal by the University. 
In 2016 he got premature retirement from Health Department KPK and joined Rehman Medical College as Assistant Professor Biochemistry. So, he is known to have clinical, administrative and teaching skills. 
He is also enrolled in PhD Biochemistry Khyber Medical University Peshawar.
